How It Works
The loading cone is used to place a constriction ring over the cylinder. The penis is then placed inside the cylinder and the pump is pressed several times. This creates a vacuum inside the cylinder, which causes blood to flow into the penis. As a result, the penis enlarges to fill the cylinder. When the penis is at the desired length, the constriction ring is rolled onto the base of the penis, thus maintaining the erection. If this system is used as an exerciser to increase length, then the ring does not have to be used.
